CLEVELAND–Loved ones of a father shot to death during a robbery on Cleveland’s west side are begging people with information on the killer to come forward.
Pedro “Max” Morales, 26, had a four-year-old daughter, and was known to work two jobs, one as a chef, family said.
“He was a young father but he knew what he had to do. He became a man at a young age,” his sister, Nicole Rodriguez, said.
“When I found out he passed away, it just broke my heart because he was a good guy,” Andrea Rodriguez said during a vigil Friday evening in front of the bar where Morales was killed.
Police said Morales and a friend just left Memphis Station bar on W. 61st St. and Memphis Ave. about 2:30 Sunday morning.
